Devil Road is a blend of Straight Bourbon, and 7-year-old Corn Whiskey finished with French and American oak staves. We have barreled casks in Kentucky that were matured in unique microclimates that offer a high humidity and balanced wood extraction. The stave finishing offers vanilla and burnt sugar characteristics. Our level 4 char filters out many of the undesirable congeners that can unbalance or spoil the whiskey. The lower barrel entry proof combined with the French Oak staves add a high content of vanillin to create the complex, creamy butterscotch character that we are sure you’ll love.
